Pumpkin Seeds10 g

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare avocado spread. Halve and pit 200g of ripe avocado. Scoop the flesh into a bowl and mash well with a fork. (2 minutes)

Step 2: Enhance with protein. Stir in 40g of unflavored protein powder and 10ml of fresh lemon juice into the mashed avocado. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper, mixing until smooth and well combined. (2 minutes)
