Plant milk75 ml
Plant protein powder30 g
Almond butter15 g
Cinnamon1 g

Instructions

Wash and core 100g apple. Cut into chunks.

Add the apple chunks, 150ml lactose-free plant milk, 60g plant protein powder, 30g almond butter, and 2g cinnamon to a blender.

Blend until smooth and creamy, adding a splash more milk if needed to reach desired consistency (3-4 minutes).
