rolled oats20 g
almond butter15 g
dairy-free protein powder (unflavored or vanilla)15 g
unsweetened dairy-free milk15 ml
apple30 g

Instructions

Finely dice a small portion of the apple.

In a medium bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond butter, dairy-free protein powder, and unsweetened dairy-free milk.

Mix well until a thick dough-like consistency is formed. If too dry, add a tiny splash more milk. If too wet, add a few more oats or protein powder.

Stir in the finely diced apple.

Roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls (approx. 6-8 bites per serving).
