Egg100 g
Carrot75 g
Kohlrabi75 g

Instructions

Place the eggs in a small pot and cover with cold water by about 2 cm (1 minute).

Bring the water to a rolling boil over high heat (5-7 minutes).

Once boiling, immediately remove the pot from the heat, cover, and let stand for 10-12 minutes for hard-boiled eggs (12 minutes).

While eggs are resting, peel and cut the carrot and kohlrabi into sticks (4 minutes).

Carefully drain the hot water from the eggs and run cold water over them or place them in an ice bath to cool completely (2 minutes).

Peel the cooled eggs (1 minute).

Serve the peeled eggs with the vegetable sticks.
