Hard-Boiled Eggs with Seasonal Vegetable Sticks
A simple, high-protein snack featuring perfectly boiled eggs served with crunchy sticks of seasonal carrots and celeriac.

- Salt1 g
- Egg200 g
- Celeriac100 g
Instructions

Place the eggs in a small pot and cover with cold water by about 2cm. Add a pinch of salt (1 minute).

Bring the water to a rolling boil over high heat. Once boiling, immediately remove the pot from the heat, cover tightly, and let stand for 10-12 minutes for hard-boiled eggs (12 minutes).

While the eggs stand, peel the carrot and celeriac and cut them into sticks (3 minutes).

Once the standing time is complete, carefully drain the hot water and run cold water over the eggs or place them in an ice bath until cooled enough to handle (1 minute).

Peel the eggs. Serve the hard-boiled eggs with the vegetable sticks.
