Bell Pepper150 g
Salt1 pinch
Black Pepper1 pinch

Instructions

Step 1: Place eggs in a small saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a rolling boil over high heat, then immediately reduce heat to low, cover, and let stand for 10 minutes. While eggs cook, wash and slice the bell pepper into thin strips.

Step 2: Carefully drain the hot water from the eggs and immediately transfer them to an ice bath for 2-3 minutes to stop the cooking process. Peel the eggs and slice in half.

Step 3: Arrange the hard-boiled egg halves and bell pepper strips on a plate. Season eggs with a pinch of salt and black pepper before serving.
