Grilled Peach & Prosciutto Skewers with Balsamic Glaze and Fresh Basil

Ingredients
- Balsamic Vinegar10 ml
- Olive Oil5 ml
- Peach150 g
- Prosciutto15 g
- Honey5 g
- Fresh Basil2 g
Instructions

Halve and pit the peaches, then cut each half into 3-4 wedges. Wrap each peach wedge with a thin slice of prosciutto. Thread the wrapped peach wedges onto skewers. Lightly brush with olive oil.

Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat. Grill the skewers for 2-3 minutes per side, until the peaches have nice grill marks and are slightly softened, and the prosciutto is lightly crisped.

While skewers grill, prepare the balsamic glaze: In a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar and honey. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture has thickened to a syrupy consistency. Be careful not to burn.
