Lactose-Free Milk Alternative175 ml
Plant-Based Protein Powder25 g
Spinach50 g
Pear75 g
Chia Seeds4 g

Instructions

Wash the spinach and pear. Core the pear and cut it into smaller chunks. (3 minutes)

Add the lactose-free milk alternative, plant-based protein powder, spinach, pear, and chia seeds to a high-speed blender. (1 minute)

Blend until completely smooth and creamy. If too thick, add a splash more milk alternative until desired consistency is reached. (1 minute)

Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
