Chili Oil10 ml
Spring Onion5 g
Cilantro3 g

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) or a pan over medium heat.

Cut the rice paper sheets into desired snack-sized pieces (e.g., triangles or squares).

For oven method: Arrange rice paper pieces in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 3-5 minutes, or until crispy and slightly puffed. For pan method: Heat a dry non-stick pan over medium heat. Place rice paper pieces on the hot pan for 1-2 minutes per side until crispy. Be careful not to burn.

Finely chop the spring onion and cilantro.

Once crispy, transfer the rice paper to a plate. Drizzle generously with chili oil. Garnish with chopped spring onion and cilantro before serving.
