Halal Beef Ribeye120 g
Beef Bone Marrow20 g
Salt1 pinch
Black Pepper1 pinch

Instructions

Carefully scoop the bone marrow from the bone. Place the marrow in a small, heatproof dish.

Roast the bone marrow in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 10-12 minutes, or until the marrow is rendered and soft. Carefully remove and mash with a fork to create a butter-like consistency.

While marrow roasts, slice the halal beef ribeye very thinly against the grain into strips. Pat dry thoroughly with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper.

Heat a cast-iron skillet or heavy-bottomed pan over high heat until smoking. Add the beef strips in a single layer, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan. Sear for 1-2 minutes per side until deeply browned and crispy. Work in batches if necessary.

Serve the crispy beef ribeye strips immediately with the warm, rendered bone marrow butter for dipping.
