Fresh Dill2.5 g
Fresh Parsley2.5 g

Celery50 g

Black Pepper0.5 g

Instructions

Drain and rinse the cooked white beans. Finely chop the fresh dill and parsley. Mince the garlic. (3 minutes)

In a food processor or blender, combine the white beans, olive oil, lemon juice, dill, parsley, garlic, plant-based protein powder, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding a tablespoon of water if needed to reach desired consistency. (3 minutes)

Peel the carrot and wash the celery. Cut both into sticks suitable for dipping. (1 minute)
