Cannellini Beans190 g
Tahini14 g
Lemon Juice7.5 ml
Garlic2.5 g
Olive Oil5 ml
Water15 ml
Smoked Paprika1 g
Salt1 g
Pepper0.5 g
Carrots50 g
Cucumber50 g
Bell Pepper50 g

Instructions

Drain and rinse the cannellini beans thoroughly (2 minutes).

Peel and roughly chop the garlic (1 minute).

Measure the tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, water, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper (2 minutes).

Wash and chop the carrots, cucumber, and bell pepper into sticks suitable for dipping (5 minutes).

Combine the drained beans, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, water, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a food processor or blender. Process until very smooth and creamy, adding a little more water if needed to reach desired consistency (this blending is included in the prep/total time).

Transfer the bean dip to a bowl and serve with the prepared vegetable sticks.
