Canned cannellini beans, drained and rinsed150 g
Tahini10 g
Lemon juice10 ml
Garlic, minced2 g
Olive oil5 ml
Cold water30 ml
Salt0.5 g
Black pepper0.2 g
Cucumber, cut into sticks80 g
Bell pepper (any color), cut into sticks80 g

Instructions

Combine the drained and rinsed cannellini beans, tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a food processor or blender.

Pulse until mostly smooth. Add cold water gradually, one tablespoon at a time, until the dip reaches your desired consistency (it should be creamy but not too thin).

Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
