- Broccoli florets100 g
- Onion40 g
- Garlic (minced)5 g
- Canned coconut milk (full-fat, dairy-free)150 ml
- Olive oil8 ml

- Black pepper (freshly ground)0.5 g
- Soy sauce (dairy-free)10 ml
- Cornstarch5 g
- Water or broth15 ml
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil for the pasta. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
