Cucumber75 g
Cottage cheese75 g
Pumpkin seeds7.5 g

Instructions

Step 1 (3 minutes): Wash the cucumber and slice it into 1 cm thick rounds. Halve and pit the avocado, scoop out the flesh into a small bowl. Mash the avocado lightly with a fork. Measure out the lactose-free cottage cheese and pumpkin seeds.

Step 2 (2 minutes): In the bowl with mashed avocado, stir in the lactose-free cottage cheese, a pinch of salt, and pepper until well combined. Spoon the avocado mixture onto each cucumber slice and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds. Serve immediately.
