Lemon Juice10 ml
Dill3 g

Cucumber75 g
Carrot50 g

Instructions

1. Halve and pit 150 grams of avocado, then scoop out the flesh into a small bowl. Finely chop 6 grams of fresh dill (3 minutes).

2. Add 20 milliliters of lemon juice, 1 gram of salt, and 0.4 grams of black pepper to the avocado. Mash with a fork until creamy, then stir in the chopped dill (3 minutes).

3. Wash and cut 150 grams of cucumber and 100 grams of carrot into sticks suitable for dipping (2 minutes).
