Instructions

Peel the jicama and cucumber. Cut both into thin sticks, approximately 5-7 cm long.

In a small bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, water, sugar, and chili flakes until smooth and well combined. Add more water if needed to reach a desired dipping consistency.
