Hemp seeds10 g
Cocoa powder5 g

Slice the banana and avocado. (1 minute)

Combine the lactose-free milk alternative, lactose-free chocolate protein powder, avocado, banana, and unsweetened cocoa powder in a blender. (2 minutes)
