Canned white beans, rinsed and drained150 g
Seasonal bell pepper (any color), chopped100 g
Seasonal cucumber, chopped100 g
Seasonal tomato, chopped100 g
Mixed leafy greens (optional base)50 g
Olive oil8 ml
Red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar5 ml
Salt1 g
Black pepper1 g

Instructions

In a large bowl, flake the drained canned salmon.

Add the rinsed and drained white beans, chopped bell pepper, cucumber, and tomato.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and vinegar.
