- Water or beef broth30 ml
- Broccoli florets150 g
- Onion40 g
- Garlic7 g

- Black pepper (freshly ground)3 g
- Olive oil10 ml
- Ginger (fresh, grated)5 g
- Soy sauce (dairy-free)20 ml

Instructions

Slice the beef steak against the grain into thin strips.

In a small bowl, combine 20 ml soy sauce, 10 ml rice vinegar, 5 ml sesame oil, 5 g cornstarch, and 3 g black pepper. Add the beef strips and marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Prepare the sauce: In another small bowl, whisk together the remaining 20 ml soy sauce, 10 ml rice vinegar, 5 ml sesame oil, remaining 5 g cornstarch, remaining 3 g black pepper, and 60 ml water or beef broth. Set aside.
