- Oil5 ml

- Tortillas50 g
- Beans100 g
- Cumin1 g
- Chili Powder1 g
- Salsa50 g
Instructions

Finely chop the onion (20 g) and mince the garlic (3 g). (2 minutes)

Heat oil (5 ml) in a small pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and sauté until softened, about 3 minutes. (3 minutes)

Add the beans (100 g), cumin (1 g), chili powder (1 g), and salt (1 g) to the pan. Mash slightly with a fork and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. (3 minutes)

Lay one tortilla flat. Spread the bean mixture over half of the tortilla. Sprinkle the cheese (40 g) over the beans. (2 minutes)

Fold the other half of the tortilla over the filling. (1 minute)
