- onion100 g
- olive oil20 ml

- mixed stir-fry vegetables400 g
- dairy-free soy sauce40 ml
- fresh ginger, minced10 g
Instructions

Slice the beef flank steak against the grain into thin strips.

In a bowl, combine beef strips with 20ml of the soy sauce, half of the minced ginger, half of the minced garlic, 1g salt, and 0.5g black pepper. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes while you prepare the vegetables.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
