Protein powder10 g
Lemon juice5 ml
Carrot80 g
Salt1 g
Black pepper1 g

Instructions

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a small bowl. (1 minute)

Add the plant yogurt, protein powder, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the bowl with the avocado. (1 minute)

Mash all ingredients with a fork or blend with an immersion blender until smooth and creamy. (2 minutes)
