Parsley2 g

Instructions

Halve and pit 140 grams of avocado. Drain and rinse 200 grams of chickpeas. Finely chop 4 grams of fresh parsley. (Prep time: 4 minutes)

In a medium bowl, mash the avocado and chickpeas together with a fork until desired consistency. (Prep time: 2 minutes)

Stir in 10 milliliters of lemon juice, the chopped parsley, 2 grams of salt, and 1 gram of black pepper. Mix well. (Prep time: 1 minute)
