Autumn Seed and Nut Energy Bites

Ingredients
- Almond butter20 g
- Salt1 g
- Rolled oats30 g
- Protein powder30 g
- Dates20 g
- Sunflower seeds10 g
- Pumpkin seeds10 g
- Almonds10 g
- Cocoa powder3 g
Instructions

If dates are hard, soak them in warm water for 5 minutes, then drain well (5 minutes).

In a food processor, combine 30g rolled oats, 20g almond butter, 30g protein powder, 20g dates, 10g sunflower seeds, 10g pumpkin seeds, 10g almonds, 3g cocoa powder (if using), and 1g salt. Process until the mixture comes together and is sticky enough to form balls (3 minutes).
