Pear50 g
Almond butter12.5 g

Instructions

Wash the apple (100g), pear (100g), and spinach (30g). Core the apple and pear and cut them into chunks (no need to peel if skin is clean). (Prep: 3 minutes)

Add the lactose-free protein powder (30g), apple chunks, pear chunks, almond butter (25g), spinach, and water (400ml) to a blender. (Prep: 2 minutes)
