Apple50 g

Step 1: Peel and dice the apple into small pieces.

Step 2: In a saucepan, combine buckwheat groats, milk, diced apple, and a pinch of salt. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat.

Step 3: Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 8-10 minutes, or until the buckwheat is tender and most of the milk is absorbed. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
