Soy Milk190 ml
Pear75 g
Walnuts10 g
Hemp Seeds6 g
Cinnamon2 g

Instructions

1. Measure out 75 grams of oats, 380 milliliters of soy milk, 20 grams of walnuts, 12 grams of hemp seeds, 4 grams of cinnamon, and 1 gram of salt. Dice 150 grams of pear into small pieces (5 minutes).

2. In a small saucepan, combine the oats, soy milk, cinnamon, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat (1 minute).

3. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes, or until the oats reach your desired consistency. Stir in the diced pear during the last 2 minutes of cooking.

4. Divide the porridge between two bowls. Top each serving with walnuts and hemp seeds.
