Warm Buckwheat Porridge with Pear and Walnuts

- Water200 ml
- Pear100 g
- Walnuts15 g
- Cinnamon2 g
Instructions

Rinse the buckwheat thoroughly under cold water (1 minute).

Place the rinsed buckwheat in a small saucepan with 400 ml of water and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat (2 minutes).

Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes, or until the water is mostly absorbed and buckwheat is tender. While simmering, core and grate the pear (2 minutes).

Stir in the grated pear and cinnamon. Cook for another 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
