Milk150 ml
Protein Powder40 g
Apple80 g
Cinnamon2 g
Walnuts10 g

Instructions

Dice the apple into small cubes.

In a small saucepan, combine the oats and milk. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the oats have absorbed most of the liquid and reached your desired consistency.

Remove from heat. Stir in the protein powder and cinnamon until well combined and smooth.

Fold in the diced apple and chopped walnuts. Serve warm.
