- Fish Sauce15 ml
- Onion30 g
- Garlic5 g
- Cooking Oil10 ml
- Turmeric Powder3 g
- Scallion10 g
- Cilantro5 g
Instructions

Drain and press the firm tofu to remove excess water, then crumble it into small pieces.

Finely chop the onion and garlic. Thinly slice the scallion and roughly chop the cilantro.
