Semolina50 g
Ground Beef100 g
Water300 ml
Ginger10 g
Mushroom50 g
Fish Sauce10 ml
Spring Onion5 g
Black Pepper1 g

Instructions

Finely mince the ginger and thinly slice the mushrooms.

In a small pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until cooked through, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain any excess fat if desired.

Add the minced ginger and sliced mushrooms to the pot and sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

Pour in the water and bring to a gentle simmer. Slowly whisk in the semolina, stirring continuously to prevent lumps.

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the porridge thickens to your desired consistency.

Stir in the fish sauce and black pepper. Garnish with chopped spring onion before serving.
