- Fish Sauce10 ml
- Spring Onion10 g
- Garlic5 g
- Rice Flour20 g

- Mung Bean100 g
- Mushroom50 g
- Cilantro5 g
Instructions

If using dried mung beans, soak them for at least 30 minutes, then boil until tender (about 15-20 minutes). Drain well and mash slightly.

Finely mince the garlic and roughly chop the mushrooms, spring onion, and cilantro.

In a bowl, combine the mashed mung beans, ground chicken, rice flour, minced garlic, chopped mushrooms, 5g of chopped spring onion, and 3g of chopped cilantro. Add the fish sauce and black pepper. Mix thoroughly to combine.
