- Chicken Broth300 ml
- Fish Sauce15 ml
- Spring Onion15 g
- White Pepper0.5 tsp
- Sesame Oil5 ml
- Tilapia Fillet150 g
- Ginger10 g
- Cilantro5 g
Instructions

Rinse rice thoroughly. In a medium saucepan, combine rice and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes until rice is tender (or use pre-cooked rice and heat with broth).

While rice simmers, slice tilapia fillets into thin pieces. Thinly slice ginger.
