Potatoes300 g
Onion100 g
Bell pepper150 g

Smoked paprika4 g
Garlic powder2 g

Black pepper1 g

Instructions

Dice the cooked chicken, potatoes, onion, and bell pepper into roughly equal-sized pieces.

Heat olive oil in a large non-stick pan or skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the diced potatoes and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they start to brown and soften.

Add the onion and bell pepper to the pan and cook for another 3-4 minutes until softened.

Stir in the cooked chicken, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes more, stirring to heat the chicken through and combine flavors.

Pour the beaten eggs evenly over the mixture in the pan. Reduce heat to medium-low.

Cook, stirring gently, until the eggs are set but still slightly moist.
