Fish Sauce1 tbsp
Sesame Oil5 ml
Spring Onion1 stalk
Cilantro2 tbsp

Instructions

Step 1: Heat a small pot over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it apart, until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

Step 2: Add chicken broth, oats, minced ginger, fish sauce, and white pepper to the pot. Bring to a gentle simmer.

Step 3: Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until oats are tender and the porridge has thickened to your desired consistency.
