Spring Onion10 g
Fish Sauce15 ml
Soy Sauce5 ml
Sesame Oil2.5 ml
Water250 ml

Instructions

Dice the chicken breast into small pieces. Thinly slice the mushrooms. Mince the ginger. Chop the spring onion.

In a small saucepan, combine oats and water. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.

Add the diced chicken, sliced mushrooms, and minced ginger to the oatmeal. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and oats are creamy.
