Mushrooms125 g
Spinach100 g
Onion50 g

Nutritional Yeast5 g
Whole-Grain Bread40 g
Turmeric1 g
Black Pepper0.5 g

Instructions

Drain the tofu well. Using your hands or a fork, crumble the tofu into small, irregular pieces in a bowl. (2 minutes)

Thinly slice the mushrooms and onion. Roughly chop the spinach. (3 minutes)

Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes. (3 minutes)

Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they release their moisture and begin to brown, about 4 minutes. (4 minutes)

Stir in the crumbled tofu, turmeric, salt, and black pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes, allowing the tofu to heat through and absorb flavors. (3 minutes)

Add the chopped spinach and nutritional yeast to the skillet. Cook until the spinach wilts, about 2 minutes. (2 minutes)
