- Sweet potato150 g
- Smoked paprika2 g
- Fresh parsley3 g
Instructions

Wash and peel the sweet potato, then dice it into 1 cm cubes (3 minutes). Dice the onion and bell pepper (3 minutes).

Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat (1 minute). Add the ground turkey and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned and cooked through, about 4 minutes.

Drain any excess fat from the skillet. Add the diced sweet potato, onion, and bell pepper to the skillet. Stir in the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper (1 minute).

Add 50 ml of water to the skillet, cover, and reduce heat to medium-low. Cook for 5 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are tender-crisp. Stir occasionally.

Remove the lid and increase heat to medium-high. Cook for another 1 minute, stirring, until any remaining liquid evaporates. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving (1 minute).
