Instructions

Wash and peel the potatoes and carrots. Dice the potatoes into 1 cm cubes and the carrots into smaller 0.5 cm cubes. Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic (5 minutes). Wash and roughly chop the spinach (1 minute).

Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat (1 minute). Add the ground chicken and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned, about 4-5 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Add the diced potatoes and carrots to the same skillet. Sauté for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they start to soften and brown slightly.

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the onion is translucent and fragrant (3 minutes).

Return the cooked ground chicken to the skillet. Stir in the spinach, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the spinach wilts (2 minutes).
