Mushrooms75 g
Spinach75 g

Nutritional Yeast4 g

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare ingredients (7 minutes) - Dice the onion (2 minutes) and mince the garlic (1 minute). Slice the mushrooms (2 minutes). Wash the spinach (1 minute). Measure out all other ingredients (1 minute).

Step 2: Sauté aromatics and mushrooms (5 minutes) - Heat the olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes. Add the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms, cooking for another 2 minutes until mushrooms start to brown.

Step 3: Cook the oatmeal (7 minutes) - Stir in the oats and vegetable broth. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the liquid is mostly absorbed and oats are tender. Stir in the spinach until wilted, about 1 minute.

Step 4: Finish and serve (1 minute) - Remove from heat. Stir in the protein powder and nutritional yeast until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
