- Spring Onion7.5 g
- Olive Oil2.5 ml
- Salt1 pinch
- Black Pepper1 pinch
- Oats45 g

Instructions

In a small saucepan, combine oats and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until water is absorbed and oats are creamy. Season with a pinch of salt.
