- Water200 ml
- Mushrooms100 g
- Parsley2 g

Instructions

Rinse the millet thoroughly under cold water. (1 minute)

Finely chop the onion and garlic. Slice the mushrooms. Roughly chop the parsley and chives. (3 minutes)

In a small saucepan, combine the rinsed millet and 400 ml of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes, or until water is mostly absorbed and millet is tender. (5 minutes cook time)

While millet simmers, heat olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Add garlic and sliced mushrooms and cook for another 2 minutes until softened. (3 minutes cook time)
