Masa Harina50 g
Chicken Broth300 ml
Onion20 g
Garlic5 g
Chili Powder3 g
Cumin2 g
Salt1 g
Olive Oil5 ml
Cilantro5 g

Instructions

Finely dice the onion (20 g) and mince the garlic (5 g). Cut the chicken breast (100 g) into small bite-sized pieces.

Heat the olive oil (5 ml) in a small saucepan over medium heat for 1 minute.

Add the diced onion and minced garlic and sauté for 2 minutes until softened.

Add the chicken pieces, chili powder (3 g), cumin (2 g), and salt (1 g). Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.

While the chicken cooks, whisk the masa harina (50 g) into the chicken broth (300 ml) in a separate bowl until smooth.

Pour the masa mixture into the saucepan with the chicken. Bring to a simmer, whisking constantly. Reduce heat to low and simmer, whisking frequently, for 3 minutes until thickened to a porridge consistency.

Finely chop the cilantro (5 g).
