Turkey Sausage120 g
Oats50 g
Spinach75 g
Mushroom75 g
Olive Oil3.5 g
Vegetable Broth75 ml
Garlic Powder0.5 tsp
Onion Powder0.5 tsp
Salt0.3 tsp
Black Pepper0.1 tsp

Instructions

Slice the turkey sausage into thin rounds and the mushrooms. Roughly chop the spinach.

In a small saucepan, bring the vegetable broth to a simmer. Add the oats and cook according to package directions, typically 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until most liquid is absorbed and oats are creamy. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

While oats cook, heat olive oil in a small non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add sliced turkey sausage and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Add mushrooms and cook for another 3-4 minutes until softened. Stir in garlic powder and onion powder.

Add spinach to the skillet and cook until just wilted, about 1-2 minutes.

Transfer the cooked oats to a bowl. Top with the turkey sausage, mushroom, and spinach mixture. Serve immediately.
