Step 1 (5 minutes): In a bowl, whisk together 100g chickpea flour, 160ml water, 4g baking powder, 2g salt, and 1g pepper until smooth. Roughly chop 100g spinach and fold it into the batter.

Repeat with remaining batter to make 2 pancakes total. (4 minutes per side x 2 = 8 minutes total cooking time for 2 pancakes).
