Instructions

Finely chop the cooked chicken breast, onion, and bell pepper into small, uniform pieces.

Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick pan over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and bell pepper and cook for 5-7 minutes until softened.

Stir in the chopped chicken and cooked rice. Cook for another 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, allowing the rice and chicken to heat through and get slightly crispy.
