Smoked trout fillets100 g
Cooked potatoes150 g
Bell pepper (any color)50 g
Red onion30 g
Garlic5 g
Olive oil10 ml
Fresh dill5 g
Salt1 g
Black pepper0.5 g

Instructions

Flake the smoked trout into bite-sized pieces, removing any bones or skin.

Dice the cooked potatoes into 1.5 cm cubes.

Finely chop the bell pepper and red onion. Mince the garlic.

Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.

Add the diced potatoes to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they start to crisp up and turn golden brown.

Add the chopped bell pepper and red onion to the pan. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until softened.

Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the flaked smoked trout to the pan and gently stir to combine and heat through, about 1-2 minutes.
