White Beans100 g

Instructions

Wash and peel the potatoes. Dice the potatoes into small cubes (about 1 cm). (Prep time: 5 minutes)

Wash the leek and slice the white and light green parts thinly. (Prep time: 3 minutes)

Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add the diced potatoes and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes until they start to brown. (Cook time: 5 minutes)

Add the sliced leeks to the pan with the potatoes. Continue to cook, stirring frequently, for 3 minutes until the leeks are softened. (Cook time: 3 minutes)

Drain and rinse the white beans. Add the beans, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the pan. Stir to combine and cook for 1 minute until heated through. (Prep time: 4 minutes, Cook time: 1 minute)
