Soy Milk175 ml
Pear40 g
Hazelnuts10 g
Soy Protein Isolate12.5 g

Instructions

Wash and core the pear, then chop it into small pieces (5 minutes).

Roughly chop the hazelnuts (2 minutes).

Measure the oats, soy milk, protein powder, pear, and hazelnuts (2 minutes).

In a saucepan, combine the oats and soy milk. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently (10 minutes). Stir in the protein powder until dissolved.
